This system allows for accountability, continuity, and community ownership, while ensuring no single individual or group can dominate.

EVERY 6 MONTHS – Rotating/Review-Based Appointments

Focus: Engagement, Performance Feedback, Internal Upliftment
These roles allow for rotation, fostering grassroots leadership and training future core members.

1. House Captains & Cultural Ambassadors

• Elected from students and teachers
• Promote discipline, cultural events, values, and student voice

2. Class Parent Representatives (CPRs)

• One parent per class
• Interface between school and parent community

3. Staff Welfare Coordinator

• From non-teaching staff
• Liaises with admin on staff wellbeing

4. Student Council Leadership (Junior & Senior)

• Selected by peers and mentors
• Voice of the student body

5. Community Liaison Volunteer
