The term Army means a team working toward a shared mission. For minors, this system is explicitly about responsibility, teamwork and service—not military training or military ranks.

Student leadership operates under adult supervision. Health, first-aid, safety, construction, commercial and other regulated activities require appropriate qualified supervision and safeguards.
