Programme architecture
The current concept includes pathways such as a six-month Foundation Transformation, one-year Skills & Academic Development, two-year Advanced Skills & Economic Independence and a four-year Super-Intensive Transformation. Specific eligibility, age groups, admissions and residential arrangements remain to be finalised.
The Four-Year Transformation
Year 1 — Foundation: Learn How to Learn
Literacy, English, Hindi, mathematics, computers, study habits, reading, fitness, communication, discipline and basic practical skills.
Year 2 — Capability: Learn How to Work
Vocational and digital skills, agriculture, communication, teamwork, projects, production, sports, service and entrepreneurship fundamentals.
Year 3 — Production: Learn How to Create Value
Agriculture, dairy, poultry, fisheries, horticulture, food processing, digital services, media, enterprise projects, product development, sales and accounting.
Year 4 — Leadership: Learn How to Build
Team leadership, project management, decisions, delegation, communication, enterprise, mentorship, service, problem-solving, teaching others and sustainable projects.
