Board of Trustees
The registered deed establishes a Board of Trustees and provides for trust administration, office-bearers, meetings, financial administration, accounts, audit and amendments.
Student governance
The educational model also proposes an accountable student structure: Gurukul Council → Army Coordinator → Team Leader → Project Leader → Team Members. For minors, it deliberately avoids military ranks.
Adult supervision
Student responsibility does not replace adult duty of care. Academic, residential, safeguarding, health, safety, financial and regulated activities remain subject to appropriate adult oversight and professional requirements.
Governance principle
Leadership is not treated as status. Leadership means responsibility.
