One Shakha can become a documented model for another community. Expansion should happen only as systems, safeguarding, curriculum, governance, measurement and operating practices become robust enough to reproduce.
What a Shakha can contain
Learning spaces, digital access, skills activity, community service, gardens or production projects, speaking and communication, sports, mentoring and locally appropriate practical programmes.
